What specific cleaning tasks do you offer?

We offer general cleaning, bathroom cleaning, disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash collection and disposal, spot cleaning, dusting, and upholstery cleaning. Window cleaning, stripping and waxing of floors, and steam cleaning of carpets and rugs can be provided at additional costs.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We require a yearly contract to lock in monthly pricing only. However, a two week written notice is required to cancel services for both parties.

Do you perform background checks on your employees?

Yes, we perform background checks on all staff members.

Do you have proper insurance?

Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance, Janitorial Bond Insurance, and Workman’s Compensation Coverage. This is to safeguard your company against damaged property or injury to person while our staff is on your property performing cleaning/janitorial services.

Are your cleaning services guaranteed?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with any of our cleaning, we will send a supervisor to remedy any issue immediately.

Do you offer different packages?

We do not offer packages. We only offer customized cleaning rates based on business size, types of cleaning requested, and how often (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).

How do I get started?

Email us or call us for a free consultation and we will be pleased to set up a visit to assess your facility to get you an accurate proposal.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. We do not charge for estimates. Our estimates are free.

Can you provide estimates over the phone or internet?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot ensure accuracy over the phone or internet without viewing your facility. Please call or email to schedule a free facility assessment/estimate.

Do you offer Green Cleaning services?

Yes. Please let us know you are interested in Green Cleaning services and we will be happy to provide you a quote.

How will I recognize your workers?

Our workers will have on company shirts and our company IDs will be in plain sight.

Will I have to be on site while you clean?

No. We work with you to customize a cleaning schedule. We are flexible to suit your needs. After-hours cleaning would require you to provide us with access to your facility and a way to lock up when we are done.

Who supplies the cleaning products and/or equipment?

Usually we provide the products and equipment. They are the most effective and environmentally safe products on the market. If you have a special product or janitorial equipment you want or need us to use, just let us know.

How do your prices compare to your competitors?

To be honest, we may not be the lowest priced cleaning company but we are committed to providing the highest quality commercial cleaning services for your budget.
